Choosing Abstract Painting – A Path to Intuition, Creativity, and Self-Empowerment

Sometimes, we are our own biggest obstacle when it comes to being creative. Abstract painting, in particular, can feel challenging because we’re quick to judge: “This is just a bunch of scribbles!” But what if we let go of those judgments and allowed ourselves to experiment?
